“powerful search and workflows
Pros
The ease at which it connects with payroll systems works really works well for us. The advanced search features are also a big advantage because they let us filter resumes very quickly. On top of that it supports automated workflows and customizable reporting which makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
A downside is that there are not many learning resources available so you often have to search around online to fully understand how things work. Since it's a paid application, support is also limited especially for people working through freelancing platforms.
