“User friendly but support not very helpful

Pros

I appreciate how the time summaries and most features are laid out. Overall, it's been user-friendly to work with.

Cons

We run into technical issues pretty frequently. Our clocking-in system fails more often than it should. When we reach out for support, they're not always eager to help troubleshoot. Instead of working with us to prevent future problems, they usually just tell us the issue is on our end.
