Pros

This software is intuitive and easy to learn. It performs well and meets the needs of my business effectively.

Cons

I did not encounter any major cons. However the software was average, nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.

Great Software, Terrible Customer Service

Pros

I use the mobile app exclusively for my employees to clock in and out. I was attracted by the geo-mapping feature which was supposed to restrict app usage to within the building. However, it is very unreliable with location recognition, and the geo-maps circular boundary means it includes some of the outside area.

Cons

I paid $1200 for an implementation fee that could have been covered by a 5-minute video. My account "implementation specialist" did not set up my accounts according to my specifications, which the fee was supposed to cover. I was not properly informed about how licensing charges worked, invoicing was unclear and I had no explanation for the charges when I inquired. When I raised these issues, I was essentially told it was my problem and they did nothing to rectify the situation.

Why I Love Time Clock Plus

Pros

Integrating any software can be stressful and time-consuming but Time Clock Plus guided us through each step and continues to offer support. The software is user-friendly, provides the necessary information and integrates smoothly with our payroll system.

Cons

I would like to have more options to personalize some of the reports.

The best time-tracking software put to the web in some time.

Pros

This is one of those rare cases where the pros alone could sum up the review. It is never been easier to track time, request leave and manage everything remotely. To view logged time, just select the option, and it is right there. The design is simple and pleasant and the coolest feature is accessing earned leave time both on the web and remotely. You can even project earned time up to 20+ years. While this might seem minor to some, it is a major advantage for those of us working long hours.

Cons

One of the consistent annoyances was the two-step login process, which could be tedious when I forgot to clock in or out.

Best Decision We Made for Time/Attendance/Payroll Management

Pros

The software integrates seamlessly with our payroll system, automates all manual and paper-based time, attendance and payroll processes, and provides detailed reporting. The customer support is exceptional and it is easy for both employees and managers to use. It maintains federal and state compliance accurately, manages COVID-19 related issues, tracks FFCRA and FMLA compliance and supports overall company management with a knowledgeable support team and ample resources.

Cons

I have no complaints about TCP. I submitted several enhancement requests and the company promptly designed and implemented them.
