“A game changer for staffing
Pros
The staff at teambridge is amazing and the automations are fantastic. If I can think of a solution, teambridge can make it happen. The platform allows for as much creativity and functionality as I need.
Cons
This is really a tricky question. It's probably how generic the inside feels (not that it is, just that it feels). This means the layouts internally are pretty basic and there is a lack of color within the system itself.

“Excellent software
Pros
This has been a great solution for our staffing agency. We use it for clients to post their shift needs and our staff can easily pick up shifts. The system is highly customizable with endless options that meet our needs. The support team is responsive, actively listens to client feedback, and makes changes or adds features based on that input.
Cons
No problems! All the issues we had were quickly addressed and taken care of.

I appreciate the flexibility to create custom fields, automations and additional functionality.
Cons
It is very tough to set up sometimes. Automations are also limited at this time.

“It has been a great experience
Pros
We are still in the implementation phase but our implementation manager has been very creative in finding ways to meet our time and attendance system requirements. They've also suggested and developed many additional automated processes, which will make Teambridge a valuable asset for our business. Based on what we've seen so far, It's ease of use and automated processes will greatly simplify our time and attendance program and help streamline labor reporting for our accounting department.

I am happy to report that I have had no issues so far. Their team has worked diligently to ensure a smooth and easy integration.
