I find it extremely flexible in how it presents views and handles requirements, it not only satisfies HR's needs and expectations but also provides options for managers and employees. By offering multiple aggregation levels, I can detect thematic trends and use them for corporate governance and overall the tool feels highly simple, customizable and easy to integrate into daily workflows.

Cons

Nothing, actually I can say that from the bottom of my heart. The tool integrates into our organization's daily routines and requirements so flexibly that I have rarely seen anything comparable.

What I find valuable about the approach is that it does not center on "evaluation" itself but instead focuses on what each individual can bring into their team, thereby prioritizing personal contribution and collaboration over mere scoring.

I wish I could add notes about my skills. It would really help me figure out what to work on next.
