“Unified access interface

Pros

I find the user interface easy and appreciate having a single point of access that allows me to retrieve all relevant information without having to switch between multiple systems which simplifies my workflow considerably.

Cons

For me, the requirement to upload investment proof files one by one is frustrating because each document must be submitted individually, resulting in a slow and tedious process when I need to attach several files.

Frankly, I have literally nothing positive to say about this product and I wouldn't really recommend using it to anyone.

Cons

im finding the interface far from user-friendly and I constantly have to rely on the support team for assistance every single time.
