“excellent sync”
Pros
Something that really stands out with this software is how well it syncs Linear issues with GitHub and that helps us get accurate reports consistently. That synchronization piece is especially valuable to our team. Other than that the stand up feature is a nice addition and we've already made it part of our organization's weekly stand up routine.
Cons
There's still some room to improve the workflows since we have a few additional scenarios we'd want them to support. We also rely on Discord for communication and this platform doesn't currently offer Discord as a communication channel so that's another area that could be better.

The team analytics view does a really nice job of helping compare developer performance across the team.

Pros
Right away the integrations stood out. The way it connects with Slack, Jira and Linear feels really well thought out and works very nicely.
Cons
The only thing that could be better is the onboarding because getting started isn't that simple without clear examples of the best ways to use it.
