The product is very user friendly and the benefits are huge for any organization looking to gather feedback. It really helps streamline the process and get valuable insights.
Cons
You really can't access this information without first investing in ProScan. I'm not sure if that's a negative but it's the only downside I could think of.

Pros
Something I really appreciate is that you can use it for free and there are also simple ways to earn extra credits.
