Pros

By relying on a single platform, I can easily manage my HR tasks and requirements without juggling multiple tools which significantly aligns my workflow.

Cons

I would find it significantly more convenient to access the system from anywhere if they provided a dedicated mobile app, as that would remove the need to be tied to a desktop.
