“Early tech stack screening”
Pros
Customization stays strong and I select tech stacks early. I also start screening with few clicks.
Cons
My only real issue is that some of the interview questions feel overly textbook. From my experience, many talented developers are excellent at building things day-to-day but stumble when pushed to explain certain fundamentals in depth, simply because they haven't been asked to articulate those concepts recently (for example, explaining a TreeMap in Java). That doesn't mean they can't do the job, it's just different to be quizzed on theory rather than shown real-world problem solving.

As a recruiter I use it across many skills. I manage technical hiring even without deep background.
Cons
I wish it included more coding challenges because adding code snippets would allow me to assess candidates more effectively during screening.

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to use and the fact that I can load screens others have used before from fellow colleagues is a handy feature.
Cons
I've noticed the express tests feel a bit too basic, I'd really like to see more challenging screens focused on advanced Java and JavaScript.
