Overall I donot have any negative comments about this product. My team and I were able to use the software without facing any problems.

Tellent HR interface is quite modern. Also it is generally quite clear but I feel like the displayed data could be more accurate.

Basic functions are either missing like importing or not working properly. Support is only available via email and takes weeks to respond. The provider is aware of the issues but has not resolved them and it seems like they cannot be fixed.
