I find the test library to be very thorough and well-structured. What really stands out to me is how closely the questions and tasks are aligned with real-world scenarios so it doesn't feel like abstract knowledge but practical and applicable skill. That makes the assessments so much more meaningful and useful for evaluating true readiness.

Cons

We like the variety but would appreciate even more varied scenarios added so the content reflects the demands of the global job market.

What stands out to me it that it uses a solid, well-structured methodology to assess candidates.

Cons

One limitation I ran into is that you can only pick up to five tests in a single assessment and there's no way to add more. Also the video interview responses are capped at two minutes per question.
