“Poor testing and cancellation flow

Pros

I was initially drawn to it because it offers a wide range of tests at a reasonable price. So far, it's worked well for what I need.

Cons

However, the tests didn't really measure my skills effectively and the fact that there's no way to contact the company for cancelling the subscription, which was required to access the free trial, is frustrating.
