“workflow boost with smart AI
Pros
Right from the start the platform felt very user friendly and has really helped organize my workflow. The integrations work well, performance has been solid and both the onboarding and support teams were very professional. The AI features are a valuable addition and the drag and drop interface saves me hours every week. On top of that the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers.
Cons
There is not much to complain about honestly. If anything could be improved it would be making the leave booking function a bit more easy and simpler to use.

“practical HR tools and solid value
Pros
This has been a dependable system for us and is easy to work with. It covers the essentials really well including employee records, absence tracking and document management. The self service options are especially helpful because they cut down on admin work. The interface feels practical and the system offers very good value for money. Setup was also smooth and the feedback we get suggests the team has responded positively to using it.
Cons
An area that could use some work is the reporting feature in it. At times it isn't very obvious how to create the reports you need.

“helpful reporting and alerts
Pros
The reporting tools and automatic notifications have been really useful. I can customize reports to audit our records which means we do not have to depend on someone manually checking every file. That saves a lot of time and makes the whole process much more easy. The initial setup was simple as well which was definitely a bonus.
Cons
I still struggle with the timesheet section because I am not really sure how to use it efficiently. It also feels like we would need to pay someone to walk us through the functions. It would be much better if there were video tutorials or clearer instructions on how to pull reports and work with the data.

“all in one platform
Pros
Having everything in one place has cut down a lot of our manual admin work which I really value. It's easy to work with and doesn't take much effort to get used to. We also looked at Hibob but it felt too expensive and more than we actually needed. The AI assistant has been a nice addition as well. Getting started was very manageable because the onboarding consultant helped a lot and the recorded training ended up being useful even though it took a few hours to complete.
Cons
The interface could use a bit more polish. Compared with something like Hibob it doesn't feel as interactive visually. A better use of color across the interface would help make each section clearer and easier to distinguish.
