Almost Instant - I usually see the money in my bank account within 10 minutes. Fair Fees - they don't take a huge cut of my salary like Deel or some other big names do. Easy Setup - Connecting my wise account and local bank was totally seamless

Cons

Newer Platform: It doesn't have many "extra" HR features as the older sites yet. Support: The chatbot is good, but sometimes I just want to talk to a person immediately.

I really like how easy it is to make and send invoices with Thera. The Templates look nice, and I can easily see when clients look at or pay their invoices. This helps me stay organized. Plus, creating recurring invoices saves me a lot of time each month.

I would like Thera to make its invoice automation better, especially by adding a fully automated reminder system that doesn't need me to do anything.

The platform would be much more beneficial if it had country specific guidance incorporated into it. There are a large number of countries that have additional compliance requirements for contractors to meet, and having all of that information available at your fingertips will allow you to be more efficient in processing contractor applications.
