Great platform

Pros

Output quality is impressive and there's a huge variety of feedback reports to choose from. This lets me pick reports that fit each customer's specific situation and clearly explain why we assessed someone the way we did!

Cons

Reporting functions are pretty outdated to work with and there's this annoying issue where you cant select multiple reports for a single PPA profile, the system basically blocks you until some support field vanishes. When we send PDF reports to clients they get these weird reference numbers instead of useful info like the person's name, date or report type. Would be great if different assessments could link together too like if someone completes both a PPA and TEIQ why can't those reports reference each other?

Essential for Daily Operations

Pros

Been using this for years and the PPA and GIA tools are great for recruitment, training and performance management. We also rely on it for our Engage Survey. The website is really user friendly and whenever I need help the support team is amazing :)

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, this tool has only helped our business grow and improve.

Perfect recruiting solution

Pros

The variety of assessments covers everything I need as an HR professional for recruitment, evaluation and team development. Each assessment provides unique solutions and is easy to use and manage plus the reports are really high quality!

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this system. It's been solid from day one and I've never run into any bugs or frustrating issues that would make me want to switch to something else.

Pros

The platform really helps me understand myself better and how I work with others. I've found it incredibly useful for putting together teams that actually function well together. It's made a huge difference in how we build relationships at work and communicate more effectively. The recruitment features are solid too! Helps us find people who'll fit well with our company culture and have the right mindset for the job.

Cons

Setting up takes way too long and requires multiple feedback sessions with practitioners to really get value from the reports. The gender options are limited to just male and female which feels outdated. I can't easily check my assessment balance or get any analytics from the hub and there's no flexibility when dealing with large remaining balances.

user friendly

Pros

I appreciate how user friendly and affordable the softwares instruments are, they're easy to understand and directly applicable to workplace situations. Having control over the system and its various features is great plus getting support from their qualified professionals is really accessible. The range of assessments lets me evaluate individuals from different angles and when used properly by experienced professionals, they provide excellent insights into how people perform and engage at work.

Cons

You need to be careful not to let the tool make all your decisions for you! Just like a builder uses a level but still has to actually build the wall, assessments work best when skilled professionals use them alongside everything else: the work environment, industry specifics, job requirements plus the person's education, experience and track record. They're great for adding color to your overall understanding of someone in context but shouldn't replace human judgment.
