“simple tracking”

Pros

Getting both admins and employees up to speed with it doesn't take much effort. Our team especially appreciates being able to check their remaining PTO whenever they want. Clocking in and out is easy and pulling reports is just as simple.

Cons

Handling multiple locations is a bit more challenging but aside from that it works really well.

Having this up and running was quick and using it day to day is very easy. It didn't require any staff training which saved a lot of time and the product has been very reliable. It's also helpful that there's a network version available for businesses with multiple locations.

Cons

Report generation has a few limitations. Other than that I really haven't had any complaints or issues.

The app is simple and very easy to use and putting reports together is relatively uncomplicated.

I ran into some difficulty reconnecting the program on an older workstation although that may have had more to do with the age of the PC than the software itself.

It's very easy to use, the reporting features are excellent and it performs really well across a network.

Cons

One limitation is that only a single person can access the administrator module at a time and it has to be tied to a Windows account that won't be removed if the admin leaves.

Using it has been dependable and easy. It lets me make any corrections that come up which is really helpful. I also appreciate that it records every clock in and clock out and gives a clear summary afterward. There are plenty of additional features included too even though I'm not using all of them right now.

Cons

Fixing missed clock ins or clock outs can be a little tricky at times.

Pros

The network version lets every computer work as a time clock for clocking in and out which is really convenient. It's very simple to use and managing employees and printing the reports I need is easy.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides. Setup was simple and everything has worked exactly the way I expected.

Does a solid job of helping businesses manage their entire workforce and makes it simple to provide sick leave whenever it's needed.

The platform has been impressive overall and I haven't run into any issues with its time tracking.

Running this in our small company has been very easy and it's been simple for everyone to use. Any time I've run into a problem the email support has responded quickly and been very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this system to other small businesses.

The only thing missing is a mobile app our employees can use when they're traveling or working off site.

Generating reports is easy and it offers very good value for the money.

Customer support was disappointing. The only way to get in touch is through email and responses are slow, brief and often confusing with no follow up afterward.

Running a small business with this software has worked out really well. It comes with a lot of features and honestly we don't even use all of them. For what we need though it handles the basics perfectly employees can clock in and out without any trouble and generating reports when payroll comes around is simple.

Cons

There are only a couple of small things I'd still like to see improved. One change I'd appreciate is having more time period options available on the editing screen.

Switching to a different computer can take a little time but aside from that it's still very simple to use.

Using this has been a really positive experience. The interface is very user friendly and when I'm working on payroll punch card reports it shows exactly the information I need without any trouble. I've tried several different time clock programs over the years and this one stands out as much better than other timekeeping tools that cost a lot more. Considering how competitive and reasonable the price is it's absolutely worth it.

Cons

At this point I honestly haven't run into any downsides and we've been using it for years.

It includes everything a small nonprofit medical clinic needs to track and manage both employee and volunteer hours.

Cons

Every now and then an issue comes up but the support team is always quick to step in and fix it.
