“High quality software”
Pros
The global benefits it offers for the HR department are amazing. It really makes managing everything so much easier and more streamlined.
Cons
Probably the only downside was the initial installation and setup. It took time to get everything up and running.

Easy to get started with and it gives me confidence that it's checking every possible source to find the information.
Cons
At times, the results are a bit slow to appear but if I give it a minute, they eventually populate.
