Pros

It's very easy to log your time and you're done iT no time. You can even choose Jira tickets directly but the best part is you don't have to struggle with Jira. It's way faster to input your time this way.

Cons

If you don't use all of their features, the investment might seem higher than some competitors. But the good thing is, you can make that money back by actually billing all the hours to your customers.
