Everwise offers a great variety of skills and learning opportunities depending on your career path and how long you have been in your role. And unlike many other professional social networks, I find their content fresh and not recycled.

Cons

Because it is a bit exclusive I have not used it much for professional networking which is one of its intended purposes.
