“Smooth with great proactive support
Pros
It runs smoothly and very interactive to use. What I value most about Tracker is its support team, whenever I have issue there's always someone available to walk me through a tricky problem. They keep rolling out regular updates and continually add new features which I really appreciate.
Cons
One drawback I've noticed with ATS platforms generally is the way contacts, placements, submittals and job records are siloed into separate 'buckets.' In my experience that makes reporting awkward because those buckets don't integrate smoothly with one another although Tracker is actively addressing the issue.

“Amazing support !
Pros
Tracker's support team is amazinggg... they're absolutely fantastic and the training academy together with the weekly sessions has helped me a lot.
Cons
Honestly I find the candidate search feature could use a serious upgrade, it's not as accurate or flexible as I need it to be.

It transformed how we handled daily tasks. It boosted our efficiency and made it much easier for us to grow and scale the business.
Cons
Moving to the new system was tricky. It was already set up for modern ways of working so we couldn't just keep using our old methods.

Pros
I find this product incredibly friendly, very easy to use and highly customizable to suit different needs.
Cons
When I face rolling outages they can be annoying but from my experience the team gets things back up and running quickly and service is restored fast.

“Happy with it..
Pros
I am really happy with the software , it's easy to use, visually appealing with bright colours and simple. I find it simple to use and it handles reporting and automation really well which makes my workflow much smoother.
Cons
I'd really like it to be more tightly integrated. For example, whenever I upload a new CV to an already-existing candidate record , whether it's a file I add myself or a profile imported from LinkedIn , I expect the system to automatically update that person's job title and current employer in their profile but it doesn't do that right now.

“Supports our growth perfectly
Pros
We chose it as our ATS to support our staff augmentation business because the platform offers extensive features and it was simple to fold those capabilities into our operations which in turn helped align and improve the workflow across our organization and significantly boost productivity too.
Cons
We have no integration with Presidio's ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX.

“Fits our process without any issue
Pros
it was built by recruiting professionals, its interface is extremely interactive and simple to get around. It organizes search and candidate information in a way that's very accessible , showing the most important and frequently changing pieces of a search across just a handful of screens. Within a single day of using it I was already very productive and it fit into our existing business processes with minimal fuss smoothly.
Cons
At first, we had to build custom search templates to capture the key kinds of information we wanted to track. Our customer support rep was fantastic and walked us through how to tweak the templates but honestly it would have been preferable to handle that customization ourselves without needing to reach out for assistance.
