So easy and fast to use

Pros

This platform is so easy to use as it is fast and gets the job done without any fuss or complication. Honestly it has become one of my go-to tools because it's reliable, simple and saves me time every single time I use it. It just works exactly how you want it to.

Cons

At this point I can't see anything about it that I don't like.

more functionality than our previous system

Pros

About six months ago my team and I made the move to Tracker RMS after spending roughly 15 years on the same CRM/ATS. So far we couldn't be more pleased with the ongoing support we get from Noah, Jillian and the rest of the Tracker crew. The platform delivers significantly more functionality than what we were used to with our previous system.

Cons

I've noticed that a few fields are built into the platform and can't be removed or edited. That isn't a widespread problem , it's limited to just a handful of specific fields that you can't modify or delete.

Simple to use

Pros

I really liked how simple it was to use.. clean and without any unnecessary complexity. It made it incredibly easy for me to keep track of all the projects our team was handling giving me a clear, real-time view of progress, deadlines and responsibilities all in one place. It turned project management from a chore into something smooth.

Cons

Regarding the tracker It was outdated compared with other similar tools I've used.

accessible from anywhere

Pros

whether I'm at home, traveling or working remotely I love that I can access the entire database from anywhere over the internet . That kind of flexibility means I'm never tied to a single device or location and I can pull up the information I need securely and instantly which keeps our workflow smooth and uninterrupted.

Cons

What annoys me is needing to save manually every single time because if I forget even once I end up losing my information.

true partner who listens

Pros

What I appreciate most is how willing Tracker has been to hear us out and actually implement changes based on our feedback. It honestly like a true partner rather than a company trying to make us bend to rigid software rules. Making the switch to a different system after twenty-two years on the same ATS made me anxious but we never got the sense that Tracker abandoned us. Their customer service has been exceptional.

Cons

Because we had over twenty years of data, not every bit of our historical information mapped over perfectly. There was a fair amount of cleanup required which I recognize stems from moving between two very different types of software. Whenever a significant problem popped up, the team jumped in and collaborated with us to correct it on their end. Early on there were a few features that frustrated us (things like hyperlink behavior, popping open separate windows, session timeouts, etc.) but it moved quickly to address those pain points and we were soon able to use the system more efficiently.

The ideal cost/value ticket tool

Pros

It is the ideal cost/value ticket tool to begin with before switching to more expensive, feature-heavy systems. It covers all the essentials reliably and affordably letting me build a solid workflow and prove the need for tracking without a big upfront investment. Once we outgrow it moving up feels like a natural step rather than a rushed decision.

Cons

There are some missing features but they did not affect me when I was getting started.

Clean and flexible with a few drawbacks

Pros

What I like most about Tracker is its clean, user-friendly interface, adaptable workflows and powerful project-management tools, plus the real-time collaboration features. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other platforms like GitHub and Slack which makes it a flexible, convenient choice for teams and organizations of virtually any size.

Cons

I've run into a few drawbacks with Tracker some of the more advanced capabilities are difficult to use, the app can suffer occasional glitches or bugs and it doesn't include every feature you might find in other project-management solutions. Despite these issues, I feel the advantages outweigh the negatives and it remains a common pick for teams aiming to align workflows and enhance collaboration.

amazing customer support

Pros

I find the system's help feature very easy to reach and use and the support team responds incredibly fast , almost instantly whenever I need them.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints and I'm actually looking forward to future improvements that make it simpler to handle data for both applicants and clients, for example, having filter options in the reports area would be really useful.

I love the support

Pros

the standout feature of Tracker has been its customer service and support, hands down. Suppot team consistently spots issues and suggests fixes before they become problems and that proactive help has genuinely transformed how I handle hiring.

Simple and dependable

Pros

Entering candidate details is simple whether I am pulling them from a resume or grabbing them straight from LinkedIn. I've configured the system to text candidates directly instead of relying only on email and that feature works wonderfully. The support team is fantastic and was a key factor in my decision to buy this product. it has been completely dependable, no hiccups and receives regular updates.

Cons

I simply don't have the bandwidth to master all of Tracker's excellent features right now. It's not that I have any real complaints, there aren't any issues, I just lack the time to explore everything the tool can do.

Outperformed a 120-point checklist

Pros

When we kicked off our search for a replacement ATS/CRM, our team put together a comprehensive 120-point checklist to make sure the solution would cover everything a recruiting agency needs. I personally reviewed more than seventy different products and participated in over thirty-five product demos and Tracker consistently outperformed the rest by meeting every item on our list. What stands out most to me about Tracker is the depth of customization, the interactive user experience and the excellent customer service. Thanks to their support team, moving from our old system was a very smooth process. After looking at so many platforms, a handful of things became clear differentiators for Tracker. They are an established US/UK-based vendor with proven tenure which reassured us, their support resources are solid and the product is simple for people to pick up quickly , that helped shorten onboarding time for new team members. Their ATS and CRM both offer powerful, customizable organizational structures and everything integrates and works together cleanly. In recent years I've noticed substantial development progress and regular updates that have helped Tracker stand out among recruitment software options. They've built strong automation and sequencing capabilities and support comprehensive mass-email campaigns. Other valuable features we rely on include video interview integrations, detailed reporting tools and the flexibility to support executive search, direct hires and staffing workflows. I also appreciate the steady stream of small quality-of-life improvements they push out and how responsive their roadmap seems to customer feedback. The interface is clean which reduced our training time and overall the platform has become central to how our recruiters work. Given our experience, I'd highly recommend Tracker to any recruiting firm looking for a configurable, dependable platform.

Cons

From my perspective most of the issues we've experienced with it are a byproduct of rapid growth. They're scaling quickly and occasionally I notice minor server slowdowns during heavier use, I expect this will improve as they continue to invest in infrastructure. My single biggest wish would be an autosave feature. While it does remind you to save when appropriate, I would find it hugely helpful if records and email drafts were autosaved automatically to prevent any accidental data loss. All things considered, these are small drawbacks compared with the platform's strengths and overall I think the product is fantastic.

Helpful and professional CS

Pros

Handy notes but can't edit

Pros

I can see all the notes for each job that's been completed which is really handy.

Cons

But when I submit a ticket I can't go back and edit any of the notes afterward.

Integrates ATS and CRM for productivity

Pros

As our marketing director, I find it very useful because it brings our ATS and CRM into a single platform. I really appreciate how it ties together different parts of our marketing tech stack, boosting productivity and helping us generate more leads.

Cons

There are certain fields I wish we could reach at various stages of the automation flow that are not yet exposed but the development team collaborates closely with us to find workarounds. They're actively improving the product while helping implement solutions tailored to our needs.

Ticked every box with excellent support

Pros

When we were looking for a new ATS/CRM, Tracker managed to tick every single box we had , the big, well-known vendors simply couldn't match what they offered. Their pricing structure and the people on their team were excellent, they supported us through every stage of setup and continued to be there afterwards which was something other suppliers couldn't provide. On top of that, many members of their staff have real hands-on recruiting experience so they genuinely understood our requirements, how we work and how to train our staff effectively.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

Amazing and fast support

Pros

the system's help menu is easy to find and use which saves me time when I need guidance. The support team replies incredibly fast, virtually immediately so I rarely have to wait. My account manager, Morgan Volta, also gets back to me promptly which I appreciate.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints and I'm eager for future updates that make it easier for me to monitor applicant and client details. For instance, adding filter options in the reports section would help a lot.

Solid, fast and a favourite tool

Pros

Its really solid, fast CRM that consistently gives my team everything we need to get work done. The support team is pleasant and replies promptly whenever we reach out. The interface is clean, interactive and smooth to use. Honestly it has ended up being one of my favourite tools in our stack.

Cons

I have not run into any real problems with it so far, therefore I honestly can't think of any changes I'd want to make to it at this point.

easy and interactive!

Pros

After looking through numerous platforms before choosing it, I knew we had made the right call. Not only does the platform look great but it's also among the easiest and most interactive tools I've used to date.
