Pros

Easy to use and intuitive job and candidate workflows and genuinely easy support. Pricing feels fair, and the native AI integration is a nice addition at no extra cost. Overall, it’s been a real performance booster for the team given you can invite hiring managers to review candidates and external agencies to add candidates.

Cons

Does not have a huge amount of integrations like Greenhouse however at this price point, we are make a lot of savings just by having Treegarden.

Pros

After testing a few popular lead generation tools, I kept ending up with lists that were almost right but still off, plus way too many bounces. This felt different. I can just describe the type of people I'm targeting and it builds the list from that. The data has been about 95% accurate for me which means I'm not wasting outreach on bad or dead contacts. It also fits into the rest of my sending workflow so I don't have to jump between one tool to build lists and another to send campaigns. There are still a few outdated contacts here and there and coverage gets a bit thinner for niche job titles or smaller regions but that's pretty normal for this kind of platform. After trying several competitors, this is the one that actually delivered the leads I was looking for.

Cons

Every now and then it doesn't have phone numbers for certain contacts but the email accuracy has been solid enough that it hasn't really been an issue for me.
