Out of all the tools we use for employee scheduling, this has had the biggest impact by far. It cut our daily scheduling time by about 75%. The rules engine was built around our specific scheduling requirements which made a huge difference. We have a very detailed process that depends on skills, seniority and dedication and the software team was able to customize the system to match those rules with impressive accuracy.

Honestly there wasn't anything I disliked about the software or the people I worked with during the development process.
