Proper payroll management tool

Pros

It gives me really good oversight of my employees and handles all the payroll calculations accurately.

Cons

Well it can be a little slow to load sometimes but that's really the only issue I have run into as everything else works great.

The worst tool

Pros

Unfortunately you ask for one thing, they promise it but then you get something else. In my case I asked for full guidance through the whole process since this is not my area of expertise that is why I am paying a company. They assured me I'd get that support but after a lot of delays, they told me I would have to upgrade to a different plan to get the help I needed and they charged me the full amount even though my current plan was still active. If you want to cancel, you are locked into a 3 to 6 month notice period. I honestly felt scammed and instead of prioritizing customer needs, they hide behind their legal terms.

Cons

Nothing good to share as I mentioned before they are a bunch of scammers.

Easy, versatile software

Pros

This software is backed by a law firm so everything is properly documented. Also it is user-friendly and versatile and support responds quickly. Best of all, the support is reliable with instant answers and when you weigh the cost against the value, it's very profitable and efficient.

Cons

I really like everything about this software and they are always rolling out updates that make it even more powerful.

Ease of use, Excellent advice.

Pros

We use Tugesto for three of our companies, one with the labor module. We find the software is very easy to use as we had no trouble getting started and adapted to it really fast. Also the advisory support is of high quality and they have resolved all our questions effectively and professionally.

Cons

Everything is working well for us as it covers all our needs just fine.

Greater control over information

Pros

All the information is ready to download whenever I need it, quickly and simply. That helps me stay on top of everything related to my company's labor matters. The service is excellent too as they guided me through onboarding, trained me and answered all my questions. They are always available and willing to help with anything that comes up.

Cons

I'd suggest adding a search function inside reports and giving the employee portal a design refresh.

Powerful labor software

Pros

I signed up based on a recommendation and I have to say it's made payroll management so much easier. Before Tugesto it was really complicated for me. I would highlight how user friendly and simple the software is to use and the advisory service is super effective too as they resolve my questions and issues really fast. Overall the guidance is excellent, with friendly people always ready to help.

Cons

To be honest I don't have anything negative to say as I am really happy with how things are going.

The most comprehensive platform for managing your business

Pros

It is very comprehensive and includes all the features a small business could need. They are also making a lot of improvements in HR and payroll. Some features I love that have made my life easier is being able to create invoices in Tufactura that automatically sync to the books. I used to use another program for invoicing and then manually enter them here now I avoid that double work. You can also send invoices straight to clients, set up recurring billing and a big reason I chose this tool as it lets you issue e-invoices. I almost cried happy tears the day I realized I'd never have to use FacturaE again! I also love being able to create and edit payroll right in the labor module as it's practical and simple. You can send payslips to employees with one click and post them with another. Whenever I have a question, I get a fast, clear and well-explained response. You can also add extra services and use a dedicated advisory space to track progress and communicate with your assigned consultant. And being able to download ALL the ledgers and books I need in one click is a game-changer.

Cons

Overall everything looks good. If I had to suggest improvements, I would say some parts of the interface could be smoother or more polished. For example the recurring invoices section could use a few more options. When marking all payroll expenses as paid such as salaries, social security, compensations, etc, you can bulk-mark salaries but social security and other items have to be done one by one. These are small things that I am sure will get better over time.

tugesto software is very user friendly and comfortable to use even if you don't have much experience.

Cons

Because we handle such a large volume of cases, sometimes we don't receive the reminder emails about case status updates.

We have changed for the better and we are satisfied

Pros

It is a very complete accounting platform with precise control over VAT settlements, income tax etc. The support team responds quickly to any question we have. Overall they are very professional and committed.

Cons

I would love to be able to generate a new invoice based on an existing one like just copy the text and make small changes without it being set as recurring. A simple copy-and-edit function would be perfect. It would also be great to have a module that prepares annual accounts using the financial and accounting data already in the platform as the current service feels a bit pricey.

Fast and convenient service

Pros

The best thing is that it lets me keep control of invoices, payroll and tax forms at all times, which gives me more independence and there is always an agent available to help or advise when I need it.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but it's pretty basic once we get going.

Getting better every day

Pros

It's a very simple to use platform that's easy to handle from the start, even if you are not super tech-savvy. I have been using it for over two years and it keeps getting better with regular updates.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is that when you are creating a case file, you currently have to complete it all at once. If you have a lot of invoices to include and cannot finish in one go, you have to send the rest later for someone to upload. I feel like it would be much easier if you could just save the case as a draft. Also email reminders for pending tasks in a case are really important especially when managing many cases at once. Even though Tugesto shows reminders in the platform, it's easy to miss them among 100+ other notifications. Email reminders would help a lot.
