“Easy navigation and customizable
Pros
Tydy is pretty easy to navigate. I found it especially useful to create customized journeys and gain valuable data insights on how candidates engage and how content performs. The team is always responsive and ready to assist.
Cons
As per me the chat feature and push notifications could be enhanced to offer an even better experience for candidates.

“Easy to use platform
Pros
This platform is pretty easy to use, with simple navigation and well-organized content. It lets us connect with a huge global audience. Making changes is also not an issue, plus everything is digital and it's definitely worth the price.
Cons
There are some reporting issues. Also extracting large datasets can be slow at times.

Nothing more to add here as some features that were once available have now been disabled.
Cons
No new features have been added to make the onboarding process more engaging or gamified. So I would not suggest it to anyone.

“Simple but support could be faster
Pros
The product is simple for both candidates and HR teams to use. The integration with SF is smooth too with only occasional glitches. Plus the training provided is top-notch.
Cons
Well the support team could respond faster as some issues need to be fixed quickly. While most customer-facing staff are easy to reach and responsive, there is room for improvement with a few specific points of contact. We have experienced delays because of how some things are handled at times.

It has automated many tedious processes for new hires and the integration with various systems has made everything run smoothly. Also our productivity has improved and the UX/UI is modern and sleek.
Cons
We need admin rights for reporting to have more control over creating reports and customizing data. Also features like form-building and template changes should be things clients can update on their own.
