Pros

I really appreciate how this system has organized the core HR functions including attendance tracking, leave management and payroll processing. The mobile app is a game-changer for our team since employees can handle their own requests and check personal details without bothering HR staff.

Cons

The goal setting features are pretty basic and don't really help with tracking how well people are performing. There's also not enough ways to give or get feedback, which makes it tough to do proper performance evaluations.
