“Umana reduces effort by automating many payroll tasks. Their help & availability makes it work well.
Pros
At RTL (Rseau Transport Longueuil), we have a diverse staff with bus drivers, maintenance workers, office staff, managers, and coordinators. Managing our complex collective agreements, schedules, premiums, and remuneration rules for holidays and vacations has been made easy with Umana. It also interfaces with our existing systems and serves as an information hub. Our users find it intuitive and user-friendly.
Cons
Understanding and aligning our collective agreements with existing practices required more effort than we initially anticipated.

“Umana software
Pros
I appreciate the flexibility and adaptability of this software.
Cons
While the reports are easy to program/change, the fact that we have to create reports in both French and English makes it challenging and time-consuming for us to modify them twice.

“Finally, a single integrated Human Resource / Time-and-attendance / Payroll system.
Pros
Umana is an all-in-one system that seamlessly integrates human resources, time-and-attendance, and net pay. Making corrections in one area reflects throughout the entire system, without the need for internal interfaces between different modules. Its consistent appearance and extensive drill-down capabilities make it a perfect fit. Umana fulfills all its promises and more, with high configurability and easy customization. I absolutely love it. It handles complex union contracts, and we are delighted with its capabilities, especially considering the price. We had initially purchased another software but found it inflexible, so we switched to Umana.
Cons
I'm genuinely fond of almost every aspect of Umana. At times, the configuration process can seem complex, but considering the complexity of our rules, I understand that it couldn't be any other way.
