Often I am thrown off by the product's name because it's difficult to spell and I don't really know what the name is supposed to convey.

The interface is simple and easy to use and it really made completing the process a lot simpler for me.

Pros

I like how the scoring tags let me shortlist the top applicants from a large pool because it makes choosing the best candidate much more simple. The list view together with built-in messaging makes it easy for us to chat and send documents as attachments, keeping things organized and in one place. Onboarding is simple and user-friendly which smooths the process for the new hire and for me as the recruiter. Also, scraping profiles from LinkedIn and various job boards via the Unnanu plugin is a fantastic bonus that speeds up sourcing and saves a lot of manual effort.

Cons

It already does a solid job facilitating the interaction between candidates and hirers but I would really appreciate a simple feature that allows me to communicate directly with the candidate's employer or hiring contact who could help negotiate the best possible deal for open positions. What I appreciate most about it is that it allows candidates in the talent pool to be discovered beyond simple keyword matches used by typical ATS platforms increasing chances of being hired.

Cons

I am least satisfied with Unnanu's current stage because there is not much data right now which stems from having a small customer base at the moment. I expect this to improve as they bring in more customers.

Honestly I love how easy it is to use.. there�s no learning curve just instant clarity. The main features fit perfectly into my daily routine and the whole experience from layout to workflow just clicks for me. It feels like it was designed around how I naturally work.

I love how interactive the app is, messaging inside the app makes communicating so convenient. It really handles the whole hiring journey , from browsing job listings and interviews to document uploads and the onboarding process.

Honestly I couldn't find any missing features in Unnanu Hire , everything felt simple, clearly laid out and easy for me to follow from start to finish.

“lifesaver for sorting resumes

Pros

Sorting through resumes used to be something I dreaded but Unnanu Hire's resume selection tool has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I no longer have to wade through hundreds of CVs because the platform leverages AI to sift, score and shortlist candidates that best match the job description and requirements. It has saved me an enormous amount of time and effort and I've noticed a real uptick in the caliber of people I end up interviewing. Another aspect I really enjoy is how clean and interactive the interface is. using it is simple, everything is organized logically and the dashboard gives me a clear snapshot of all job postings, applicant counts and the current status of each application. Having everything centralized like this is incredibly convenient.

Cons

it's hard for me to name any real negatives about Unnanu Hire since it's been so helpful overall. That said any time I ran into a snag or had a question, their support team was quick to jump in and assist. Their responsiveness and helpfulness made the whole process smooth and friendly and I truly appreciated that level of support.

Pros

the app's features are engaging and simple to use. In particular, the resume-scoring tool really aligns a recruiter's job when shortlisting candidates for specific roles. Besides that, the platform offers plenty of other capabilities, onboarding, interview scheduling and simple in-app communication so teams can coordinate and interact without any issue.

Cons

I can't think of any additional features that are necessary beyond what's already included. In my opinion it's the best tool for a recruiting firm, the only improvement I'd suggest is expanding the resume library in the database so there are more candidate records to work with.
