“Easy to use with wide vendor options

Pros

I find the system very easy to access and quite user-friendly. It offers a wide range of vendors where I can redeem gift cards which makes it simple to acknowledge employees efforts and contributions. I feel it's excellent value for the money.

Cons

Occasionally I run into situations where certain vendors aren't available when I go to redeem a gift card. Also not every seller carries all denomination options so sometimes I can't find the exact value I want at a specific vendor.

Over the years, this tool has really worked well for me and I don't have a single regret about using it. I'm honestly thankful for how consistently it's supported me and my team.

Cons

Working with this tool over these years has been an excellent experience and I truly have no regrets about it, thank you for making it reliable for me.

“simple login but limited vendors

Pros

it's simple to log in and use and the overall experience feels pleasant. I also like having extra options to redeem cards which adds more value for me.

Cons

Not a con but I struggle with accessing my profile because it's somewhat tough. There are too few vendors where I can redeem my gift cards, the available denominations are small and it frustrates me when I can't cash out the full balance.

The interface feels clean and easy to move around in and I really appreciate the different deals and offers available to me.

I've noticed that some e-commerce deals are missing and several product categories aren't available.

Haven't found much use for the third-party offers on it. A lot of them just don't seem relevant to me or my lifestyle so I end up ignoring them. I also feel like there's a bit of a shortage when it comes to the types of vouchers I can actually redeem. It would be great to see more variety in the future so I have more options that actually appeal to me.

Big fan of the huge variety of gift cards available. The best part? My points don't expire so I can save up for something I actually want.

Cons

I was trying to use the Chrome extension recently and ran into some trouble logging in. I got stuck multiple times trying to get it to work...it kept spinning or giving me errors. I almost gave up but after several attempts it finally worked. It was frustrating and I hope they fix that soon so it's smoother next time.

It was super easy for our company to set up and for me to start using. Whenever I have a question I get a quick response which I really appreciate.

Cons

When I first started using the platform, I didn't see many of my favorite brands integrated into it. I was a little disappointed because I was hoping to use my points at places I already shop at regularly. That said I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will grow and expand its network over time. I'd love to come back in a few months and see a whole new list of brands to choose from.

One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to this platform is simply how easy it is to use. I never feel like I need a tutorial or a guide to figure things out.... it's all right there. But my absolute favorite part has to be the "feed" feature. It's kind of like social media but for work.

I had a weird experience recently where I applied for a reward but when I went back to check on it I could not find any record of it in the system. I honestly have no idea where it went or if it even went through. It left me feeling confused and unsure if I should apply again or just wait. A clearer history or status tracker would really help in situations like this.

you know what I really appreciate? using this tool feels exactly like shopping on any other normal online store. There's no complicated corporate system to figure out.

honestly it is great! I have been using it for a while now and I genuinely can't think of a single thing I dislike about the site. it does everything I need it to do and it does it well. from the ease of use to the reward options I'm pretty satisfied with the whole experience.

Truly I just love how simple and efficient it is. Getting rewards through Vantage Points is easy and the platform is super smooth to use. But what I really value the most is their customer support..they are always quick to help and actually solve any issues.

The redemption process is good but it could definitely benefit from more diverse options especially for users in certain regions. I've noticed that sometimes the choices are limited depending on where you are and not everyone gets the same variety. It would be nice to see a wider selection available to all users no matter their location.

There are so many different rewards to pick from like gift cards and discounts. It really feels like there's something for everyone no matter what you are into.

I like how easy it is to use and the massive selection of stuff I can redeem my points for. The offers are pretty great too.

Cons

Only thing that causes me a issue is copying the codes from my work mail. Since my work email is locked down I can't just paste the code directly into a personal site. I have to either copy it to a temporary document first or forward the entire email to my personal address just to use it. It's an extra step that I wish I didn't have to deal with.

“Convenient to use

Pros

It is so convenient that I can use my points on different platforms to redeem stuff. Plus the whole process is just really simple.

Cons

One small thing that bugs me is that I can't use my points if I only have like 10 or 20 of them sitting in my wallet. They just sit there unusable until I earn more. It would be so much better if we could use those smaller amounts maybe combine them with other offers or put them toward something small. Every little bit counts.

I find this tool really user-friendly and they have tons of popular brands listed. I tried converting my points into a gift voucher recently and it literally took me a minute. You don't need to be a tech expert to figure it out.

Cons

I don't have anything major to complain about but I do think the application layout could be a little better. Sometimes things are not placed where I expect them to be and I have to hunt around a bit.

The deals here are amazing and they cover everything from your everyday basic brands to some really nice luxury ones. I love having so many options like gift cards or discounts.

This is a great tool for keeping employees happy. The recognition programs are solid, the rewards are flexible and I like the wellness stuff too. It's easy to use and I am sure the detailed reports help my managers out. Plus since our company works globally it's cool that the platform works worldwide and fits with our company's vibe.

Cons

Since it's a cloud-based solution it really relies on having a stable internet connection. I live in an area where connectivity can be spotty sometimes and that's definitely a drawback for me. When my internet goes down I can't access anything which can be frustrating if I need to redeem something urgently.

For me it's just super amazing. Easy to use, easy for the company to implement.... it pretty much ticks all the boxes.

Cons

None. It's all good as far as I'm concerned. It's so easy to use that I have not been able to find anything worth disliking. I just log in, do what I need to do and log out. Simple and easy peasyyy!
