Pros
it is perfect for companies that want to expand internationally or hire remote talent without the effort of setting up operations in each country. It really takes the stress out of the process.
Cons
No complaints about it but I think offering more benefits could make this service even more attractive to potential candidates. More perks would definitely be a plus.

“friendly support but health plan setup issues
Pros
Everyone is super accessible, friendly and helpful. The computer systems are easy to use which made me feel right at home.
Cons
The health plan was difficult to use outside Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and the reimbursements for visits to out-of-network doctors were really low. It could be improved for people in other locations.

It is made up of people who are really welcoming, professional and show empathy towards others. It made everything easier.
Cons
It would be great to have a WhatsApp number for quicker responses to some things. It would make communication faster.

My process was clear and simple. I got the offer and started working less than two weeks later. Marina, who's in charge of me has been there since day one, helping me and clearing up any doubts. I'd definitely recommend Velocity Global.
Cons

Pros
Team in Brazil is very attentive and always responds quickly. They are always willing to clear up any doubts and support me with anything I need.
Cons
There's nothing I specifically dislike. I do wish there were more detailed explanations about each salary entry but whenever I reach out by email, they always provide the information I need.

What I like the most is how fast they answer my requests. They are always quick to help.
Cons
I guess the only downside is not having a corporate credit card. But I totally get that it's not Velocity Global's fault.

Pros
I really like that it responds to my questions in a very short period of time. The best part is that their answers are very easy which makes everything so much easier to understand and act on quickly.
Cons
It could definitely find better third parties for things like meal vouchers, health insurance and other benefits. The current options just don't feel like the best fit.

Pros
The customer support team is amazing...they are so fast. Whenever I submit a ticket, it's usually solved in just a few minutes which is awesome and saves me so much time.
Cons
There are some improvements that could be made to the platform to better suit Brazilian standards. Also, a mobile app would be a great addition...it would make things much more convenient.

Pros
Customer support is usually pretty fast which is a big help when you need a quick answer or solution. They are reliable and I always know I can count on them to get back to me quickly.
Cons
It seems like the integration between Velocity and my employer is not that smooth. I've had issues with reimbursements and I have received conflicting information from both sides which can be frustrating.

Pros
The local team in Brazil is always so on point with their answers. They give me accurate information every time and they always respond in a timely manner which really helps me keep everything on track.
Cons
I get the feeling that the platforms are not really user-oriented. They could be a lot more simple and easier to use especially for the people using them every day.
