When it was Sheakley, we were extremely satisfied with the software.
Cons
They have been less than transparent about our outstanding ERTC payments. They attempted to hold them as credits rather than making a lump sum payment, and they did not pay us the full amount of interest, claiming it was a fee. This practice goes against the law.
