I like the activity monitoring features as they give me great visibility into what's happening across the system. The screenshot feature is useful for documentation and tracking purposes. The alert and email notification system keeps me informed of important updates without having to constantly check in manually.
Cons

I can capture screenshots easily and it pulls all the data I need.
Cons
The web interface looks nice at first glance, but there's a frustrating navigation issue where drilling down into items takes you to new pages that lose your previous selections and everything feels disconnected. The reporting feature appears promising visually, but you can't generate reports on demand when you need them. Your only options are downloading raw CSV files or waiting for the next scheduled report to run.

Cons

I've been using this for monitoring our team's productivity and the live screen monitoring feature is incredibly detailed. It's really nice how this gives us concrete data when we need to address performance issues with team members who haven't improved after initial conversations. It's helpful that we can see exactly how someone is spending their time, which makes coaching sessions more effective and helps validate any concerns we might have.
Cons
The interface feels a bit messy at first, though it becomes quite functional once you get the hang of it. Setting it up to work with our security software was somewhat tricky.

In my experience, the alert system has been a great help. I've set up alerts for specific keywords, websites and user behavior patterns. There's even an option to get notified when agents haven't checked in recently. Its great being able to set unique recording policies for different groups, plus the ability to schedule automated reports that get sent directly to my email. Support responds quickly whenever I reach out to them.
Cons
The upgrade process was really frustrating and could definitely be more smooth. While it captures virtually all website activity, manually categorizing each site as productive or unproductive for reports is tedious work.

“Well organized interface and cooperative support
Pros
The reporting and screenshot tracking features are really helpful for our workflow. I find the interface well organized. Whenever we've run into issues, customer support has always been there and actually solved our problems.
Cons
Setting it up was really frustrating for us, and updating agents is a nightmare since every antivirus and endpoint monitoring system blocks it. The reporting has issues too. Keywords get duplicated, there's junk data you can't filter out and sometimes it only shows certain users in results even when you've selected others.

I can monitor various activities across computers in our network with this tool. It tracks keystrokes, website visits and productivity levels while capturing screenshots of the monitored systems.
Cons
Works great most of the time but we've run into multiple situations where it just stops monitoring people and getting everything back online takes way too long.
