“Consistently responsive team”
Pros
After working closely with their team for around four years, I can say they've been consistently responsive whenever we've had questions, whether by phone or email. The reports are accurate and the platform includes all the checks and features we need. The interface is simple to use as well which makes it simple to get new team members up to speed on the process with support from the Verifile team.
Cons
There are times when our use of Verifile drops off for a while but that isn't due to any issue with the platform itself. It's more about changes in our clients' requirements during those periods.
