Pros
I've been using it for 12 years now and I love that it integrates with our Bullhorn System.
Cons
It was great until November 2023, when they migrated us to the new Veritone system. Honestly it's been a disaster. It only extracts limited information which makes it impossible to search for skills or relevant experience in the database. Now, I have to manually parse details from the application attachments which is a problem.
