Pros
One of my favorite features is the performance tracking, it really stands out for me. I also love how the platform lets me post job openings across multiple platforms using one easy-to-use dashboard. Plus it gives me actionable insights into how the job portals are performing.
Cons
So far I have not faced anything I dislike about this software. It's worked flawlessly and met all of our requirements. Since I juggle multiple roles, this software makes it easy to filter the most important information based on each role.

Pros
This tool is fantastic for programmatic advertising. The onboarding and setup were super quick and easy so I was up and running in no time. The innovative media solutions are a game-changer in the industry and it's been an exceptional partner and a high-performance solution.
Cons
I do wish there were deeper data insights as sometimes campaigns can take a little while to launch. There are also a few things I'd like to be able to manage more easily.

Posting jobs used to be very easy and it integrates well with our CRM and website making everything flow smoothly.
Cons
The support has been the worst experience I've had. Its definitely gone downhill.

Pros
I can post to multiple job boards, manage campaigns from our system and get great support from the team. They are really responsive and always there when needed.
Cons
I am frustrated by the lack of ability to change an Advanced application to "Reject" and the inability to "Ad chase." I also need separate agreements with Indeed which is a bit of trouble.

Pros
UX of the dashboards, both for campaigns and analytics.. is fantastic. you can easily see what's going on with your campaigns and get real-time data. The customer support is top-notch, always quick to respond. My rep does not hesitate to jump on a call when I need help which is amazing. Once the AI learns about your jobs, it optimizes based on performance and thats a huge advantage of using it.
Cons
they are still working on some integrations with the ATS systems of my clients which is a current limitation. For example, they've got API integration for easy-apply questions with some ATS but not for big-name ones like Oracle HCM and Greenhouse. It would be great to see an indicator of CPA (bad, average, good) by job board source and to see which sources are performing best by job family/skillset.

Pros
It's super easy to use and integrates well with our ATS. Once set up, it's pretty much a "set it and forget it" product. it lets me access various job posting sites without needing contracts with each one. The programmatic postings are great, letting us spend our money in the most effective way. Plus the dashboard lets us set visibility parameters and spending caps for different positions.
Cons
Some of the customizations I was hoping to achieve with the ATS integration don't seem easy to pull off. But overall, I am really happy with the product and the support I have received.

Cons
only issue I've had is that sometimes jobs don't post but the customer service team is always super helpful and gets it sorted out quickly.

use of AI to target our talent acquisition budget and efforts is amazing. theres a lot of flexibility and we get vast coverage through one point of contact. The integration was easy and the implementation was smooth. The regular customer support is super helpful and the reporting features are fantastic. We have been using this as our sourcing leader every day for months.
Cons
Unfortunately, our industry is really tough when it comes to recruitment. We've had some success but it's been limited by the challenges of the market. As solid as the platform is, it can't really overcome market conditions.

Pros
This tool is easy to use and gives us a lot of relevant information regarding our use of Pandologic. The customer support is also really simple to access whenever needed. I use it at least once a week.
Cons
It would be so much better if you could print an applicant report directly from the tool. I have to double-check our documentation in the applicant tracking systemwhich means I have to request the report manually.

Pros
best thing about this tool is that it helps us access multiple recruitment portals at the same time. The filters allow us to narrow down our search based on specific requirements and the watchdog feature notifies us as soon as a new resume is uploaded.
Cons
One thing I think would really help is having a side view of the resume. That would save so much time. Other than that, all the features on it are great and really help in finding the right candidates.
