Pros
For me, the upfront planning and guidance made a huge difference. I've worked with a knowledgeable account rep who trained our staff, solved issues quickly and provided useful pre programmed reports. The flexibility in managing review cycles and adding new features over time has made the system reliable and scalable.
Cons
A report writer feature would be very useful for my team to make analysis more efficient.
