Pros
I've found this app really useful for making decent money by handling recruitments. It pays one dollar for each profile submitted which to me is a great short-term way to earn extra cash and take advantage of a clear income opportunity.
Cons
One issue I noticed during the trial is that the company's job role keeps changing which is confusing because each user's specific job role only appears when the trial runs. I think the system should keep roles rotating or clarify this behavior.
