Pros

I really love how fast I get notifications about my paycheck being ready. I can check the main message board if I have to and send a private note to someone. I haven't had a reason to use all these parts yet but it feels like the designers planned for the future. The protected sign-in is great and the phone app is no trouble at all to use.

Cons

It's simple and doesn't have a lot of complicated parts but I guess that's what makes it work so well.
