Pros
I'm really impressed by the huge library of over 2,000 skill and job role assessments and it covers everything we need for technical evaluations. The platform has some solid features like video interviews, custom branding, advanced proctoring and detailed analytics that keep both our team and candidates happy. Integration with major ATS and LMS solutions is smooth and the API makes data management easy. What really stands out for me is the AI Copilot feature which creates custom test questions based on each candidate's background and experience. It helps us tailor assessments to match both our product requirements and the candidate's previous work experience which means no more memorizing standard test answers and each evaluation is unique to their profile.
Cons
No cons. They've actually solved the huge headache of candidate screening and provide everything needed for remote interviews.

Pros
The team has such a great sense of humor and you can tell just by the company name! Beyond the great product, the people there are genuinely fun to collaborate with. We're so glad we found them.
Cons
The only issues I run into are the ones that I actually make for myself, haha. But their roadmap looks solid and it covers everything we need and more so I'm not worried about future development.

“easy and smooth hiring process

I'm grateful this solution exists. It's been our go-to partner since we discovered it and it has really managed our hiring process. Everyone knows recruitment can be a huge time sink but this platform makes it so much easier to evaluate and select candidates, especially for technical roles. Moving from one interview round to the next is simple and we just invite candidates to complete coding assessments and move them forward accordingly.

What I love most is how much time this saves us during hiring. Recruitment usually takes forever especially for technical roles. This tool has helped us eliminate tons of manual work and speed up the interview process. I'm also really impressed with the AI-driven proctoring feature that gives us better control during online assessments. It ensures fairness which is crucial now that so many roles are remote. Having a reliable way to maintain test integrity is really valuable.
Cons
Not much to complain about, honestly. A chat feature during interviews would be nice though. It sounds like the team is working on it, so hopefully, we'll see that soon.
