Pros

I'm really impressed by the huge library of over 2,000 skill and job role assessments and it covers everything we need for technical evaluations. The platform has some solid features like video interviews, custom branding, advanced proctoring and detailed analytics that keep both our team and candidates happy. Integration with major ATS and LMS solutions is smooth and the API makes data management easy. What really stands out for me is the AI Copilot feature which creates custom test questions based on each candidate's background and experience. It helps us tailor assessments to match both our product requirements and the candidate's previous work experience which means no more memorizing standard test answers and each evaluation is unique to their profile.

Cons

No cons. They've actually solved the huge headache of candidate screening and provide everything needed for remote interviews.

“Quick & Efficient Candidate Interviews

Pros

The team has such a great sense of humor and you can tell just by the company name! Beyond the great product, the people there are genuinely fun to collaborate with. We're so glad we found them.

Cons

The only issues I run into are the ones that I actually make for myself, haha. But their roadmap looks solid and it covers everything we need and more so I'm not worried about future development.

I'm grateful this solution exists. It's been our go-to partner since we discovered it and it has really managed our hiring process. Everyone knows recruitment can be a huge time sink but this platform makes it so much easier to evaluate and select candidates, especially for technical roles. Moving from one interview round to the next is simple and we just invite candidates to complete coding assessments and move them forward accordingly.

What I love most is how much time this saves us during hiring. Recruitment usually takes forever especially for technical roles. This tool has helped us eliminate tons of manual work and speed up the interview process. I'm also really impressed with the AI-driven proctoring feature that gives us better control during online assessments. It ensures fairness which is crucial now that so many roles are remote. Having a reliable way to maintain test integrity is really valuable.

Cons

Not much to complain about, honestly. A chat feature during interviews would be nice though. It sounds like the team is working on it, so hopefully, we'll see that soon.

The platform makes it really easy to evaluate candidates we find on LinkedIn without any unconscious bias creeping in. When we shortlist people from job postings, this tool gives us a fair way to assess their actual skills.

It would be helpful if there was a way to detect and block ChatGPT or other AI tools in candidate submissions and it would make the evaluation process a lot more simple.

The lack of a chat feature during live interviews is frustrating, sometimes you need to communicate with candidates outside of just voice/video.

What I appreciate the most is how simple it is to create assignments without any trouble. Finding questions and tests using keywords is very convenient and saves me time.

I can't think of any major drawbacks right now. As someone in HR looking to save my team time and create a better candidate experience, I'd definitely recommend giving this a shot.

The coding test customization options are fantastic and I really appreciate the detailed insights into code quality.

Cons

Our team members ended up with separate accounts when they signed up which caused some confusion. The system should automatically merge everyone under our main company account.

“Amazing UI but needs some improvements

Pros

I use this for our internal LTIMindtree assessments and Level 1 technical interviews. The UI is fantastic and the user experience really helps when evaluating candidates.

Cons

It could use a bigger selection of practical questions. It would also be great if results came as downloadable files.
