Pros
Plenty of startups list openings on this software and the job search filters make it fairly simple to narrow things down. I also appreciate that most applications are quick and smooth instead of overly complicated.
Cons
Filtering still has room to improve especially when it comes to clearly distinguishing required vs. preferred qualifications and different seniority levels. It's also frustrating for me that a lot of companies never reply and just let applications sit until they expire.

I find it useful to see extra details on job postings, like whether the recruiter is active and other related information.
Cons
Response time after sending application could be improved. If my resume isn't being shortlisted, I'd rather know sooner that the company is not moving forward with my application.

The interface and overall experience feel really well put together and I especially appreciate being able to check the recruiter's status and access the company website link directly.
Cons
Calendar integration is still missing when we are scheduling a call with a recruiter. It would also be helpful to have that visible within the personal message thread with the recruiter.

Having all the high-quality startup job listings gathered in one place on this software has been a huge plus for me. It also gives you a direct way to connect with tech recruiters and hiring managers which makes the job search feel much more personal and efficient.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I'd love to see even more listings available. Aside from that, I honestly can't think of any downsides.

Since the onboarding this software has been very user-friendly for me. It's reasonably priced but still works just as well as more expensive alternatives and I was able to bring in a decent number of applicants for my open roles.
Cons
The range of job categories is where things could be better. I mostly use it for non-tech positions, so I'd love to see that area expanded.

Using the platform is very simple and efficient. Getting around is easy and I can quickly find what I'm looking for without much struggle.
Cons
Number of truly entry-level jobs available could be improved. A lot of listings are marked as entry level but when I check them they still ask for 2-3 years of experience. That's definitely something worth addressing.
