“Practical and simple tool”
Pros
With this tool I find that usage and process management is practical and simple allowing rapid configuration of forms and workflows. Customer support is responsive and solution-oriented and connecting the platform to required applications has been fast and easy.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a downside but I do think more customization options would help, both on the dashboard and on the pages. That kind of control would help users feel more connected to the system.
