“Hard to get support when needed
Pros
The platform is very easy to use and is pretty well-known across the country.
Cons
Customer support is nearly impossible to reach and when I finally do get through, it's really hard to understand them.

“Simplifying healthcare payments
Pros
I love that I can use the card right at my doctor's office and it's really simple to check how much money I have left on it.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about it.

“Too expensive & frustrating experience
Pros
Cant think of anything
Cons
They seem to deny most claims, even ones from places that were approved before, hoping you won't fight back. When I tried following their silly rules like printing forms separately from receipts or getting extra signatures and they'd still reject part of the claim and ask for trivial extra details, hoping I'd miss the deadline. I got less than two weeks' notice before my plan ended, which barely gave me enough time to gather everything. Once, they even sent me a PDF with claim details (their own data that I'd already provided) and then denied it, asking me to PRINT and FAX the same documents I had uploaded. If I couldn't do that, they wanted me to screenshot the PDF they sent and re-upload it. I lost a lot of money to this plan and the whole service feels like a scam, and I hope there's a class action suit coming.

“Good Choice for Daily Use
Pros
It takes care of most of the hard work for me and works perfectly with ADP. I can skip a lot of steps from my usual termination and onboarding process.
Cons
The tool's installation took way longer than I expected but once we got through that, everything's been running fine.

“Constant payment problems & transaction failures
Pros
Honestly, I can't say anything good about this experience.
Cons
All the transaction rejections seem completely random which is really frustrating. My Amazon account actually got locked because they pulled back payment for FSA-eligible purchases without warning. When I tried to complain, they sent responses through their secure messaging system that wouldn't even accept my login credentials.

“It works.
Pros
Submitting claims is really easy and I get reimbursed quickly, which is great.
Cons
Sometimes, they reject claims even for regular expenses, which means I end up doing extra work just to get reimbursed.

“Comprehensive solution but doesnt integrate with Paylocity
Pros
It's so convenient having everything in one place, HSA, COBRA and FSA plans, all accessible through one login.
Cons
The integration with Paylocity is clunky and doesn't work smoothly. It seems to work better with Employee Navigator, though.

“Frustrating payment problems
Pros
I really can't find anything good to say about this experience. it was disappointing and I won't use it again.
Cons
They reject payments for clear medical expenses like OB/GYN and cardiology visits. Then, they demand medical necessity forms for hormone replacement therapy and which is ridiculous since it's our own money in a savings account, not insurance coverage. They act like an insurance company trying to control our funds instead of just processing payments. It feels like they're holding our money hostage and making it just as hard as using regular insurance. The whole experience is so frustrating that I'll never use them again.

“Poor Support and Reliability Issues
Pros
The mobile app makes uploading documents easy for me.
Cons
Support team is awful. They handled all my claims fine but when I tried submitting my son's dental claim, they suddenly wanted an explanation of benefits from my insurance just because they didn't like how the dentist worded the itemized receipt.

“Disappointing service with tax compliance issues
Pros
James on the phone support team is always really polite and patient when I need help.
Cons
The complaint process is a nightmare, it feels like jumping through endless hoops. They're totally inflexible when it comes to fixing problems. What's really frustrating is that as a "credit card" company, they won't even accept credit cards for payment issues. You have to write a paper check and mail it to them, who does that anymore? Their lack of support for basic tech shows they're stuck in the past with outdated solutions. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

“Efficient FSA payment handling
Pros
Haven't run into any issues so far. When a charge qualifies, they don't just reject it.
Cons
All the FSA benefits process is a constant battle and they keep denying payments for doctor copays that should automatically qualify.

“unclear dependent care reporting
Pros
I like how the HSA dashboard shows most of the info I need right away. We use it to manage Lifestyle Spending, Dependent Care and Healthcare Spending accounts.
Cons
Dashboards for HSA tracking and spending are very detailed but when it comes to Dependent Care or LSA reporting, the info just isn't there or it's really unclear. We actually have more funds in dependent care than our HSA so I really wish this area had better visibility and clearer reporting options.
