It has brought together a strong set of hiring tools like video interviews, screening questions and coding challenges that can be embedded directly into your main careers page. It has really helped cut down the time spent reviewing thousands of CVs across multiple openings, while the automated scoring gives a clearer sense of the quality of shortlisted candidates. Their team is also very responsive and genuinely values customer feedback. They've introduced new features based on the pain points we shared and consistently made a real effort to address them.
Cons
Since we joined as one of their early customers, the product needed some time to grow into what it has become today. Even with that, the overall experience remained positive and I would still highly recommend them.
