Pros
There are lots of options to recognize and reward employees and the rewards always get delivered quickly which I really appreciate.
Cons
Honestly I have got nothing negative to say as it is very simple to use and our team really enjoys the wide variety of reward choices.

It is very easy to use, the catalog is awesome and I love that the company actually listens and keeps improving the experience for clients.
Cons
The notifications could use some improvement I feel like as they don't always make sense from the user or client point of view.

Not only is it really user-friendly but I also like how the dashboard gives a clear picture of our overall spend and activity.
Cons
Not a complaint but a wish that a lot of our employees have mentioned wanting to see Amazon gift cards or other cash equivalent options besides just Mastercard.

Pros
The integrations work well, the gift card selection is simply amazing and the customer success team is I like the most as they are always on point.
Cons
Though the reporting tools have improved a lot but still are not quite there. I wanted to pull a YTD list of how much recognition each employee received but that still has to be custom built by their support team. The admin fees are a bit high unless you are working with a big rewards budget though that seems pretty normal for this space. Plus it would be awesome if they added Amazon store integrations like some of their competitors.

Pros
What we really liked was how Wishlist lets our team pick from a huge variety of gifts and experiences. Also there was everything from gift cards to scavenger hunts, spa days and concert tickets.
Cons
One thing we did not love was paying for a monthly service when we only used it once or twice a year. Also it would have been way better if the pricing was based on actual usage instead of a flat monthly rate.

Pros
The system was simple to set up and we gave our team some training and guides which made it even easier to use. Also customer support is quite responsive whenever we need help.
Cons
Managers and employees sometimes forget to log in regularly. Also I think it'd be great if it could automatically open with apps like Teams or Outlook each day.

Wishlist is a powerful tool for recognizing our team. Our managers found it easy to navigate, employees loved the reward choices and the platform is just really smooth to use. Also their support team is always quick and helpful when we reach out.
Cons
Getting the hang of the admin side of the platform took a little time but we figured it out eventually.
