Pros
Wisnio platform is user-friendly, modern and offers the best visualizations. Also it is grounded in research, incorporates solid theoretical models and provides valuable insights. It encourages team discussions and helps create actionable plans.
Cons
It is available only in English and I feel like it could benefit from additional tools for evaluating teamwork during team development workshops.

“Simplifies executive search
Pros
As a boutique executive search firm, we now have a user-friendly toolkit that competes with tools used by larger firms like SKREK. This tool provides clear data points making it easier to choose candidates and reduce bias during the recruitment process.
Cons
If you are new to psychometrics, it might take some time to figure out how to present the results to candidates and clients. This caused a bit of nervousness during our adoption process but it was more about our own adjustment than any problem with the tool.

Pros
The platform is very easy to navigate. It is designed to be user-friendly and both candidates and clients have shared positive feedback.
Cons
Some of the pages or information felt a bit too lengthy. So I feel like it would be better if it were more concise.

It allows us to assess new talent across core competencies, values and personality traits, comparing them to our current team members within the organization.
Cons
Until recently we could not attach files, CVs and other documents to a candidate's profile but I believe that issue has now been fixed.

“Actionable insights with the team analysis
Pros
I loved how the tool helped me gain insights from overall people data, spotting trends in behaviors, traits and values. The actionable summaries of each individual's strengths and gaps as well as comparisons to others, were also valuable. Plus it offered a great framework with a common language and the suggested questions for each trait were super helpful. After the team completes a few more iterations, the upcoming personalized scorecards tailored to each interview stage and role will truly be a game-changer.
Cons
It still needs a few adjustments to organise some user flows and make them more actionable especially with the interview guide. The content is there and the team is working on creating single-page views for the key assessment materials.

“Reliable and engaging team development tool
Pros
Two features really stood out to me. First the team analysis was thorough helping us identify our team's strengths, weaknesses and how our values align or differ. We could evaluate each team member individually which gave us valuable insights. The results were eye-opening and felt very accurate even though we had not fully admitted them before. The second feature I loved was the interview guide. It allowed us to have deeper conversations with candidates, helping us uncover things we usually miss. It made decision-making easier, with questions that were well thought-out and tailored to our team's needs.
Cons
The app is very user friendly and I really cannot think of anything negative. Yes it is a bit pricey but we have saved a lot on recruitment costs by hiring the right people so it's definitely worth the investment.

“Great visualizations but has room for improvement
Pros
The overall layout is quite amazing and once completed, the information is clear and easy to follow.
Cons
Setting up for each client is quite time-consuming and it's a lot of work. Our client partners help with the heavy lifting when it comes to finding and assessing talent but getting their buy-in for completing their profiles can be tricky. We also receive quite a bit of feedback about clients not receiving the emails to complete the assessment.

Pros
We use Wisnio for team development because it is based on solid, well-researched tools which gives us confidence in its reliability and validity. It's also very easy for our clients to use which is important. Also it presents data transparently and in an engaging way, making our clients more likely to interact with it. It works great in the browser too and we have received excellent feedback from clients who have used it with us.
Cons
It would be great if the competency section could be based on peer feedback. I believe the team is working on this for future updates.

“Excellent team analysis for better decisions
Pros
It was fascinating to see how the executive team members compared across various traits and identify areas where certain traits were over- or underrepresented. Also it is incredibly useful to see how potential new team members would fit into that dynamic.

The interface is very modern and I love the layout. I even like the reasoning behind the reports as well.
Cons
There is a small variation in the frequency of values. Some of them appear too often which I have noticed.
