Complicated feedback slows everything

Pros

It does a great job of keeping our entire team aligned and moving in the same direction. Carrying out tasks, sharing updates and collaborating together can all be done in just a few clicks. It really feels like having a virtual office in front of you, complete with the tools and resources you need to get work done.

Cons

Built-in feedback feature is very difficult for me to use. Reviewing each piece of work and breaking comments down into small actionable steps takes a lot of time. It is also difficult to clearly point out areas that need improvement in documents or designs.

helpful time tracking tools

Pros

Keeping track of time and managing work across our organization has been really helpful with this software. It also makes it simpler to schedule team meetings and plan day-to-day activities.

Cons

It would be even better with stronger automation and further improvements to the UI.
