Pros
This tool really covers all my needs and it's so easy to use. The design is super user friendly and the price per user is lower compared to other options. The customizable features are a huge plus, letting me personalize my workspace to fit my team's needs.
Cons
While this platform does need to improve in a few areas, the customer support took 2 days to respond which was a bit inconvenient for my team.
