“Easy claim tracking

Pros

I appreciate that filing a claim is aligned and the homepage immediately displays my current totals which makes tracking much easier.

Cons

Uploading receipts can be tough, in my experience, because the process involves multiple steps and occasionally struggles to accept or process files.

Pros

The redesigned home page really appeals to me because it's easy to move to desired sections and looks attractive and modern.

Cons

No complaints, I find the site great and use it often.
