Pros
Switching to this platform let us retire several separate tools we had been relying on for HR, project tracking, finance and client management. The interface feels clean, the setup didn't take long and their support team responds really fast whenever needed. It's also budget friendly and includes plenty of features we genuinely end up using every day.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. The only thing I'd mention is the time it takes to get used to during the first week because there are so many features available but once everything clicks, it feels very natural to use.
